How to order a custom stamp for clay marking?
To setup a free proof we only need 2 pieces of information - your design request and the size you have in mind for the clay stamp. Please email us at email@example.com with any artwork or instructions and the general size you have in mind. We can then setup a free proof layout and go from there.

How to choose a size?
If not sure about the size, we have a PDF file you can download and print out to paper that shows some common sizes and shapes for clay stamps. It might help you visualize the stamp size you would like.

How to choose a font?
We suggest the following fonts which have been tested many times and work well for marking clay. If you just need text layout, let us know which of these fonts you like the best and we can setup a free proof layout.
Order a sample to test
Many questions can be answered by testing first with your specific process. If you are not sure if our stamps will meet your needs you can order a sample stamp for just $1.00 plus shipping cost. We offer 3 types of surface, but by far the mostly commonly used is our trademark Signature Writer (R) Surface for crisp marks into soft clay. That surface works on all clay types (stoneware, PMC, polymer, etc.)

You can send photos of your artwork to this number. Please include your email address along with the image you are sending. Do not leave voice messages on this line about new orders, it is not monitored by customer service.
We are an internet / email based shop, orders are saved under name and e-mail address. We use your email address to look up previous orders, send you proof layout, organize your order, and arrange payment. We do not offer telephone customer service or call back service at this time. However, we are happy to take images by text message if sending from your phone. Please text your name, email address, or order number along with the image.

Production of custom clay stamps usually takes about 1 week or less. Once approved & paid 3 or 4 days would be average production time. We make ALL of our custom stamps & hand rollers and 95% of our stock clay stamps & rollers at our shop in Whitewater, Wisconsin, USA.
We ship to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Japan, France, Italy, Spain using UPS or government postal service (USPS). Some countries are not pre-approved for shipping and in that case you will see a shipping amount of zero. Which means we will need to check and see if we can ship to your location or refund your order. We offer the following levels of delivery service, delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed:

NOTE: additional customs fee may be apply, we do not know customs fee amounts (if any) and do not collect them ahead of time. Be aware you may be charged an additional duty or customs fee at time of delivery. Usually this is based on the value of the items, but sometimes there is just a flat minimum rate fee. Customs rules are different for each country, and are changing a lot lately so we do not try to understand or pay them up front.

We retain your personal information such as name, email, telephone number, and shipping address for up to 50 years for the purpose of repeat orders. Most customers who want us to make another copy of their custom item ask us to look up the design files using one or more of those pieces of personal information. So we do not delete them.

We are based in the USA and manufacture our product in the USA so it is required for us to store and process your information outside of the EU. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. We keep all our records physically inside our location and do not currently use any cloud based storage methods.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. These rights are described below:
•Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
•Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
•Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
•Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
